Returns

We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction. Therefore, we have developed the following return policy to guide you through the process: 

  1. Eligibility for Returns: 
    • Custom t-shirts are eligible for returns if they have arrived damaged, defective, or if there was an error on our part in terms of design or customization. 
    • Returns for reasons other than the aforementioned criteria will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. 
  2. Notification of Return: 
    • To initiate a return, please notify our customer support team within 10 days of receiving the product. You can reach us through [contact details], and provide us with the following information: 
      • Order number 
      • Detailed description of the issue 
      • Supporting photographs, if applicable 
  3. Return Process: 
    • Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. 
    • In case of damaged or defective products, we may request additional information or evidence to assess the issue. 
    • If the return is approved, you will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, along with shipping instructions. 
  4. Return Conditions: 
    • T-shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. 
    • Ensure that all original tags, labels, and packaging materials are intact and included with the return. 
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. 
  5. Return Shipping: 
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. 
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. 
    • Hijinx Designs will not be held responsible for any returns lost or damaged during transit. 
  6. Refund or Exchange: 
    • Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly. 
    • If you requested a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. 
    • If you opted for an exchange, we will initiate the production of a replacement custom t-shirt and inform you of the estimated shipping time. 
  7. Non-Returnable Items: 
    • Custom t-shirts that were correctly produced according to the specifications provided during the order placement are not eligible for return. 
    • Items that have been personalized with specific names, dates, or other customizations cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
